Provide exceptional customer purchasing experiences at a Honda dealership: greet customers, present vehicles, conduct test drives, enter and follow up leads in CRM, schedule appointments, assist during write-up and delivery, and maintain product knowledge and showroom appearance.

Respond quickly to inbound calls, chats, and emails, convert leads to confirmed appointments or hand off to Sales Consultants, maintain contact and appointment metrics, log all customer interactions in LSMS, and complete daily contact tasks.

Sell new and used vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service. Follow up with leads, use phone/email and dealer systems, actively listen to customer needs, and close deals. Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails; record and manage leads in the dealership CRM; convert leads to appointments or route to sales consultants; follow up with assigned leads. Provide accurate data entry and maintain timely communication with customers.

Manage and train dealership sales staff to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service. Oversee daily sales activities, coach staff, ensure customer engagement, and resolve customer concerns.

Interact with and consult customers to guide vehicle purchases, present vehicle features, financing options and store services, follow up and maintain relationships, track customers in the dealership management system, and attend product and training courses.

Manage daily vehicle reconditioning operations including scheduling, assigning and estimating repair orders, coordinating across departments, maintaining inventory and purchase records, and supervising recon and rust-proofing workflow to deliver quality vehicles and strong dealer relationships.

Manage dealership finance and insurance (F&I) processes, oversee CIT operations, deliver excellent customer experience, work flexible hours (evenings/weekends/holidays), meet product penetration and PVR goals, and collaborate with Lead F&I and General Sales Manager. Responsible for attention to detail, commission-eligible sales, and adherence to manufacturer approvability and dealership policies.
