Drive room revenue and market share for the leisure travel segment by managing and growing wholesale, OTA, retail agent, consortia, and tourism board accounts. Negotiate contracts, monitor market trends, represent the hotel at trade shows, collaborate with revenue management and marketing on packages, host FAM trips, and provide production and forecast reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Sell hotel rooms, meeting spaces, and F&B packages across corporate, leisure, and group segments. Prospect and convert leads, manage account portfolio, conduct site inspections, prepare RFPs/contracts, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain CRM/PMS data and monthly reports.

Lead hotel sales strategy and execution: create annual sales & marketing plans, set pricing and yield strategies, manage budgets, cultivate high-value global accounts, represent the brand at international trade shows, drive cross-functional collaboration, and use analytics tools to meet multi-million-dollar revenue targets.

Support the Director of Finance by managing daily accounting operations (AP, AR, income audit), leading month-/year-end closings, maintaining internal controls, preparing budgets/forecasts and CapEx tracking, and mentoring the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance during property transformation.
