This role is the analytical backbone and operational facilitator of the digital team. As Project Manager & Data Analyst, you translate complex digital performance data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. You are the connective tissue between digital initiatives and commercial outcomes: coordinating cross-functional projects, producing executive-ready reporting, and ensuring data tells the story that moves the business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Excellence & Strategic Planning: In alignment with digital leadership, create and monitor global digital timelines and facilitate project completion as per deadlines and goals. Enhance visibility on quarterly and yearly goals within the department and to external stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Manage and coordinate digital projects across Revenue Management, Marketing, IT, and hotel operations – ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are tracked,
    communicated, and delivered on schedule.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Alignment: Act as the communication hub for digital initiatives, ensuring regional teams and commercial departments are informed and aligned.
  • Digital Performance: Design and deliver regular performance updates for the Global Digital & Ecommerce teams, and commercial stakeholders (Revenue Management, Marketing). Translate data into concise insights and clear recommendations that inform strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Analytics & Visualization: Own the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into key digital KPIs (LookerStudio, Datorama/Salesforce). Continuously improve reporting cadence, templates, and workflows to increase reporting efficiency and relevance.
  • Data Integrity & Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across analytics platforms, tracking setups, and reporting outputs. Flag discrepancies and work with technical teams to resolve tracking
    or attribution issues.
  • Ad Hoc Business Support: Respond to urgent data requests and business questions with speed and precision.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Digital, Project Management, BI or Analytics, preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Technical Proficiency:Advanced proficiency in analytics and reporting tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization platforms (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  •  Proven project management experience with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously. Commercial acumen and business mindset.
  • Understanding of digital & e-commerce KPIs across all channels (paid, SEO, web/app)
