Develop and extend SD Worx SAP products and add-ons (HCM/SuccessFactors), design and implement client-specific functionality, integrate cloud and REST API-based solutions, and incorporate AI features into products. Coach leaders, use data and digital tools to inform decisions, identify people risks, support change initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the People function.

Deploy, maintain, and automate AI-driven, Python-based applications on Azure Kubernetes Service. Build CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications, provision infrastructure with Terraform, secure secrets via Key Vault, integrate with Cosmos DB/PostgreSQL, monitor and troubleshoot deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure production workloads.

Provide end-to-end Danish payroll processing for assigned clients, ensure compliance with local laws and collective agreements, perform quality controls and reconciliations, manage statutory filings and reports, maintain SOPs, act as primary client contact, support onboarding, audits, governance calls, and mentor junior colleagues while identifying process improvements.

Hunt for and close new business across a defined Luxembourg territory, build and manage a sales pipeline, own proposals and tenders, engage senior stakeholders, represent SD Worx externally, and maintain CRM records to meet sales targets and KPIs.

Lead SD Worx's global privacy and data protection program, manage and grow an international privacy team, ensure GDPR, EU Data Act and AI-related compliance, advise on privacy-by-design and DPIAs, manage breach response and supervisory authority relations, and embed privacy controls across products and services.

Lead payroll delivery for Nordic clients within SAP Managed Payroll Services and BPO. Ensure accurate, compliant payrolls, define local/global payroll standards, manage documentation/SOPs and governance, support transformation, collaborate with stakeholders, and assist year-end reporting and system testing.
