About the role:
Our product HRnet is a leading Human Resources Information System (designed and developed as a Web application), covering Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Management, Travel management and other HR modules and processes, with an Excellence Centre in Mauritius supporting customers and operations across multiple regions.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Data Migration & Integration Specialist to join our Mauritius team and support the implementation of HR and payroll solutions for clients across the Adriatic region.
As a Data Migration & Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring successful system implementations through accurate data migration, system configuration, integration support, testing, and process optimization.
Acting as the bridge between client data, HR and payroll processes, and technology solutions, you will ensure a seamless transition to our platforms while maintaining the highest standards of data quality and operational efficiency.
Which tasks can you expect?
Lead and execute data migration activities
Configure and parameterize HR & payroll solutions
Support system integrations and dashboard setup
Manage complex imports and data validation
Create reports, analyses, and process improvements
Provide technical and operational support to customers
Drive automation and optimization initiatives
