Supports CI/CD deployments, requirements validation, and cross-functional integration testing.

Prepare and file domestic flight plans, monitor weather and operational conditions, manage airport slots/PPRs, provide crew briefings and trip documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and support resolution of flight deviations while delivering exceptional service.

Coordinate and support Cabin Server training and hospitality training logistics worldwide. Maintain training records, schedule new hire and recurrent sessions, liaise with training providers, reconcile training invoices, prepare training facilities and supplies, assist with travel and documentation, and support Cabin Server leadership and trainers as needed.

Generate new business and manage relationships within the private aviation market. Prospect outbound leads, respond to inquiries, provide quotes, maintain existing accounts, represent the company at trade shows, track activities in CRM, collaborate with marketing and operations, and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Design, develop, and troubleshoot high-performance, highly available backend APIs and services. Analyze technical requirements, manage product lifecycles, migrate legacy applications, and collaborate across departments. Mentor colleagues, introduce new solutions, and stay current with technology and development best practices.

Lead software product strategy and execution: gather user feedback and conduct usability testing, write user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize backlog and roadmap, support sprint planning, collaborate with engineering/design/support, track product performance, and align stakeholders through regular updates.

Qualify and convert inbound sustainability leads for business aviation across Europe, manage CRM records, collaborate with marketing and programs, attend industry events, and act as subject-matter expert on sustainability and aviation policy to drive long-term client relationships.
