As a Senior Solution Advisor, you will provide technical expertise during the sales process, demonstrate Coupa’s capabilities, manage accounts with significant travel, and mentor the sales team while driving enterprise transformation through spend strategies.

Lead RevOps data modeling, ETL/DBT development on Snowflake, SQL-based analytics, and Tableau reporting. Optimize and maintain RevOps systems (Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Gong/Chorus), ensure data quality, apply advanced analytics/AI concepts for forecasting, and partner cross-functionally to deliver actionable revenue insights.

Provide 2nd-level technical support for Coupa's cloud Treasury solution: troubleshoot complex system and architectural issues, manage customer expectations, use tools like SFTP, New Relic, AWS, MS SQL, REST APIs and scripting, create knowledge-base articles, collaborate with engineering and operations, and leverage AI tools to automate diagnostics and triage.

Lead design, automation, and maintenance of cloud-based database infrastructure (primarily SQL Server and MySQL). Improve reliability with monitoring, HA/DR, automation, troubleshooting, on-call support, and mentoring of junior engineers while collaborating across teams.

Manage a large portfolio of customers in a shared environment, resolve inbound inquiries via 1:1 engagements, analyze trends to author self-service content, collaborate with internal teams, and use automation and generative AI to drive adoption and efficiency.

Lead RevOps data modeling, ETL/DBT development, and dashboarding to ensure high-quality revenue data. Build Snowflake data marts, author complex SQL, create Tableau visualizations, apply AI/ML forecasting, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to resolve data quality and reporting issues.

Provide in-house legal support for Coupa's EMEA commercial and Go-To-Market teams (DACH focus). Draft and negotiate SaaS, services, partner, DPA, AI and regulatory agreements; advise on EU/EEA compliance; manage legal service desk tickets; resolve customer disputes; standardize documentation; deliver training and sales enablement; partner with cross-functional teams to ensure policy-aligned contracting and operational efficiency.

Manage and grow strategic partner relationships for Coupa by defining and executing joint GTM plans, enabling internal and partner stakeholders, tracking partner performance and revenue, coordinating operational and financial support, and delivering strategic insights through reviews and feedback to drive adoption and revenue.

Lead front-end architecture and development for major SaaS domains, define standards and component libraries, coordinate with product and design, integrate with .NET backends and AI/LLM services, improve performance, security, accessibility, and testing, and mentor a globally distributed engineering team.

Senior Security Engineer designs and implements multi-cloud security controls, builds policy-as-code and IaC guardrails integrated into CI/CD, hardens container/Kubernetes workloads, owns vulnerability analysis and remediation, supports incident response and forensics, partners on compliance evidence, mentors engineers, and participates in on-call incident rotations.
