Support cybersecurity engineering and authorization activities for Army CPE IEW&S systems. Review RMF packages in eMASS/Xacta, manage A&A documentation and APMS portfolio tracking, advise PMs on cybersecurity strategy and ATO/IATO/IATT/ATC processes, lead vulnerability management and POA&M review, develop training and templates, and coordinate cybersecurity policy and exceptions across stakeholders.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for government services: source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, verify documentation (I-9, background/security), maintain employee records and trackers, liaise with hiring managers and HR, support recruiting events, and perform related HR tasks.

Develop Power Platform applications within Microsoft 365, implement Microsoft compliance tooling (Purview), and demonstrate proficiency building ASP.NET Core web apps and Azure SQL Database-driven solutions. Maintain required Microsoft certifications.

Lead RMF lifecycle and security authorization efforts (SSP, SAR, POA&M, eMASS) to achieve ATOs; conduct and validate DoD/DON control assessments; manage vulnerability scanning (ACAS/Tenable) and STIG/SRG compliance; implement continuous monitoring dashboards; coordinate with system owners, ISSOs/ISSMs and leadership; advise on governance, process improvements, and training.

Lead and sustain QA frameworks and metrics for DoD/Navy IT systems; ensure compliance with IA controls; drive process improvement and corrective actions; prepare for audits and produce KPI/defect reports; review technical deliverables and collaborate with IA and engineering to mitigate quality risks across the system lifecycle.

Support formulation, justification, execution, and monitoring of organizational and program budgets. Analyze financial data, prepare reports and dashboards, maintain financial systems, coordinate with stakeholders, support audits, and help develop budget policies, procedures, and staff guidance.

Perform information system security audits and assessments, develop risk management plans, security architectures, policies, COOPs, and manage accreditations/certifications and security product installation and maintenance.

Maintain and troubleshoot inside-plant telecommunications systems including VoIP and Avaya switching, voicemail, TMS, firewalls, T-1 circuits, and SONET. Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, trunk monitoring, customer support, recordkeeping, and parts inventory. Support remote diagnostics, technical documentation, and attend required DoD/security trainings.

Provide public affairs support: develop and implement PR programs, messaging, and campaigns; manage external and internal communications and digital content (websites, social media, newsletters); produce multimedia (photo/video/graphics); review and publish materials; coordinate events, community outreach, and stakeholder relationships with Army and other Services; and support knowledge management and staff action tasking.
