Provide executive-level administrative support to CPE IEW&S headquarters including record keeping, visitor and call handling, executive calendar and meeting coordination, travel authorization assistance via DTS, time and attendance entry in ATAAPS, MIRARS access management, correspondence preparation per AR 25-50, and database/spreadsheet maintenance and administrative data analysis.

Develop strategic communication plans and produce written and multimedia content; manage websites and social platforms; oversee ~40 annual exhibits/events; provide administrative, archival research, and transcription support to communicate scientific research and technology transition.

Support development of ONR Human Capital Strategic Plan, workforce development and engagement initiatives, HC data analytics and reporting, and administrative/information management including briefings, issue tracking, meetings, and website content coordination.

Support military logistics by processing and managing personnel and sustainment gear, incoming materiel, inventory, and reconciliations in DPAS/R-Supply/SSAVIE. Perform warehouse receiving, stowage, shipping, DRMO processing, life-cycle management of SPEAR gear, customer service, data entry and analysis, research on supply transaction issues, and provide quarterly status reports.

Lead day-to-day management of contract and task order execution, serve as primary point of contact with COR/CO, oversee and develop contractor staff, produce technical and financial reports, ensure timely quality deliverables, and apply process improvement, change management, and strategic advisory to resolve complex problems and deliver solutions.

Develops strategic communications and multimedia content (video, photography, graphics); manages public/internal websites and social media; produces, edits, and distributes multimedia; oversees lifecycle for ~40 annual exhibits/events including logistics and budgets; conducts archival research, transcription, and media relations; ensures technical image processing and adherence to Navy protocols; occasional travel required.

Develop and qualify a pipeline of federal, state, and local government opportunities; support market strategy, teaming, capture, proposals, and customer outreach; perform market and competitor analysis; prepare white papers, RFIs, and transition contract awards to program managers.

Manage planning and implementation of contract support for DoD programs: interface with government stakeholders, conduct feasibility and cost reviews, oversee logistics support analysis and systems safety studies, allocate resources, and lead military hardware and software development efforts to meet technical objectives.

Manage contractor performance and communications for the USCG Offshore Patrol Cutter project, keep COR informed, present deliverables, coordinate meetings, conduct monthly status reviews, and resolve technical issues.

Provide records management and information assurance support: oversee records program, maintain office records lists, advise on disposition, ensure NARA/DoD/Army compliance, conduct surveys/inspections, develop and deliver training, and maintain audit readiness for RMIC/MICP testing.
