Lead strategy, operations, and growth of the employee referral ecosystem. Build workflows, incentives, marketing, analytics, and integrations to increase referral volume, quality, and conversion while ensuring program integrity, exceptional candidate/referrer experience, and executive reporting.

Assist the CFO with full-cycle general ledger accounting, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, audit and tax preparation, order-to-cash and treasury support, sales and use tax filings, and international accounting including intercompany consolidation, transfer pricing, VAT, and FX reporting. Maintain ERP reporting and Excel-based analyses.

Make outbound and answer inbound dealer calls to generate orders, upsell products, promote new items, maintain territory sales goals, create Excel reports, collaborate with outside sales and internal teams, and provide timely customer follow-up and documentation.

Support daily depot operations by dispatching drivers, managing route sheets and pickups, maintaining records and reports, assisting with onboarding/training, handling clerical tasks, coordinating with managers, and providing phone and in-person customer and driver support to ensure timely parcel delivery and pickup.

Create standard design guidelines and graphic assets to support the marketing team and fellow interns. Work is project-based, guided by a volunteer mentor, and flexible to meet course internship requirements.

Provide administrative support to the Culinary Director and dining program: scheduling, HR/recruiting assistance, employee engagement, social media management, basic design (Canva), billing/invoicing support, resident liaison duties, event support, and maintaining confidentiality and policy compliance.

Lead global relationship and negotiations with Smardt's primary compressor supplier to secure capacity, manage pricing and contracts, resolve critical quality issues, enforce liability and claims, coordinate cross-regional supply allocation, and report supplier performance and risks to leadership.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and month‑end/year‑end close for multiple affiliated organizations. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, audit and tax schedules, budgets, variance analysis, and management reports. Maintain internal controls, improve processes, support intercompany accounting, and provide technical oversight and mentoring to junior accountants.

Lead and scale Cara's revenue operations: own quote-to-cash, forecasting, billing reconciliation, and reporting. Improve data quality and automation across HubSpot and billing systems, coordinate bookkeeping and audit readiness, and run cross-functional financial initiatives to support growth.
