Build, scale, and maintain Popl's backend services: write backend code, support and document APIs, monitor logs, resolve issues, make infrastructure decisions, and collaborate with engineering to ensure reliable, secure, and performant systems.

Own audience segmentation, forecasting, attribution, media buying (paid, search, social, SEO/AEO), digital marketing, and team and budget management. Drive campaigns for free-admission programs and outreach to younger, local, and Spanish-speaking/Latinx audiences.

Lead day-to-day operations at Hunts Point Terminal Market, manage staff and volunteers, ensure food safety and inventory control, grow and scale the Bronx program, build vendor and partner relationships, and support fundraising and reporting. Hands-on warehouse work and equipment operation required.

Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: strategy, creator outreach, negotiation, contracting, FTC compliance, performance tracking, optimization, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration to drive ROAS and renewals.

Lead development and ownership of core MDR platform components (high-performance log analytics, post-processing, multi-tenant syslog cluster, cross-platform agents).
