Coordinate and manage cross-departmental projects from planning through completion. Lead design, development, and deployment of LLM-powered solutions and autonomous procurement agents on the GEP AI platform. Advise stakeholders, run workshops, configure platform ontologies and data pipelines, optimize models for procurement tasks, and oversee cross-functional implementation to drive automation and improved procurement decision-making.

Integrate multiple healthcare data sources to produce reports and complex analyses of quality measure trends, support HEDIS/QARR submissions, model gap-closure opportunities, develop custom measures, present findings, validate data, and lead improvement initiatives while mentoring junior analysts.

Build and maintain customer relationships across logistics, transportation, and cold storage services; nurture leads via phone and email; document activities in HubSpot; maintain pricing and product information; onboard customers and conduct credit checks; coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and transportation teams; handle customer service issues and general office duties.

Lead Jubilee's Creative team to define and execute a strategic content vision across platforms. Develop and elevate shows, mentor creative leaders, use audience and YouTube analytics to guide programming, manage creative budgets and resource allocation, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize production, distribution, and revenue.
