Serve as the executive leader of Legal, Regulatory, Market Affairs and Compliance functions; advise CEO and Board on legal, regulatory and compliance risks; manage internal and external counsel; build board relationships; drive compliance culture and oversee regulatory interactions and reporting; lead and develop legal and compliance teams; later assume Chief Compliance Officer responsibilities.

Design, program, integrate, commission, and maintain PLC and FANUC robotic systems, HMIs, VFDs, and SCADA/historian platforms to optimize manufacturing automation, troubleshoot downtime, create control documentation, and support continuous improvement projects.

The CMO West will lead marketing initiatives for multiple mid-sized companies, leveraging experience to drive growth and strategy while collaborating with CEOs and leadership teams.

Execute prospecting and membership sales by conducting facility tours, managing CRM and leads, closing memberships, supporting member onboarding and engagement, delivering world-class customer service, and maintaining accurate sales and KPI reports.
