Provide technical leadership for SSD architecture, supplier engagement, hardware design reviews, firmware alignment, system integration and validation in Linux, root-cause analysis, production debugging, and customer/supplier technical support throughout the product lifecycle.

Implement, configure, and optimize Amazon Connect Contact Center solutions using IaC (OpenTofu/Terraform). Deploy ACCO modules, design access control and tagging, integrate SSO/IdP, configure telephony/DNIS, build CI/CD pipelines, manage environment synchronization, perform testing, and produce operational and security documentation.

Lead design and delivery of large-scale open-source AI solutions: translate business needs into architectures, advise on ML frameworks and MLOps, support pre-sales, engage clients and open-source communities, mitigate technical risks, and guide development teams to production.
