Leads Hillwood’s enterprise Treasury function, overseeing cash management, liquidity planning, forecasting, banking relationships, investments, payments, controls, risk, compliance, and reporting. The role is responsible for modernizing Treasury through systems implementation, automation, APIs, AI, and data-driven tools. Lead product strategy for Kard’s data and internal developer platforms across data, ML, analytics, engineering enablement, and infrastructure teams. Translate transaction data and platform capabilities into customer and commercial value through personalization, targeting, measurement, decisioning, and partner integrations. Define reusable platform capabilities, improve self-service and reliability, shape cross-functional bets, align stakeholders, and coach product leaders while balancing scale, security, privacy, compliance, and business impact.

Manages individual donor and prospect portfolios, including qualification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, annual giving, donor acquisition, renewal, and major gift development. Builds fundraising pipelines, develops donor strategies and proposals, analyzes campaign and retention trends, maintains CRM records, prepares reports, and partners with leadership, volunteers, Marketing, Communications, and Finance. The role also supports donor recognition, gift reconciliation, fundraising goals, and periodic donor meetings, conferences, and organizational events.

Design and build an AI-native legal operating function, including intake, workflows, knowledge systems, automation, legal technology, metrics, budgeting, vendors, and outside counsel management. Partner with technical and business teams to improve legal service delivery, reduce friction, and increase team leverage. Establish scalable operating processes, dashboards, and team culture for a rapidly growing AI company.

Supports business customers through email, phone, chat, Slack, and in-app channels; diagnoses complex issues, coordinates escalations with engineering and product teams, documents solutions, manages product feedback, communicates updates, and helps improve customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, product expertise, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
