Recover past-due consumer accounts through inbound and outbound customer calls. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Legal, FP&A, external advisors, and global teams while managing staff and service providers. Improves tax and treasury processes, systems, reporting, documentation, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
