Connecticut Education Association

CEA is a statewide membership organization and educators’ labor union that advocates for students, teachers, and public education. It represents educators, supports the teaching profession, and lobbies lawmakers for the funding and resources public schools need. CEA also promotes high standards, equitable access, and improved working and learning conditions, using its collective voice to advance policies that strengthen Connecticut’s public schools.
