Responsibilities include preparing, formatting, and filing legal documents, pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests; managing case files and attorney calendars; scheduling hearings, trials, depositions, and court reporters; coordinating document service and transcripts; contacting judicial assistants; handling correspondence, calls, travel arrangements, and office support.
