Lead architecture and implementation of SoC design verification environments using SV/UVM. Develop constrained-random, self-checking testbenches, SoC test firmware in C/C++, automate verification flows, close coverage/regression, and support multi-million gate ASIC tapeout including formal verification and methodology improvements.

Design and develop next-gen HMI hardware: define architecture for SoC-based modules, create schematics and PCB layouts, perform SI/PI/thermal analysis, design and calibrate sensor boards, run bring-up and lab/field/EDVT testing, support global certification (FCC/IC/CE), and coordinate fabrication, assembly, and integration.

Sell Arrows interconnect, passive and electromechanical product line to existing accounts in a defined territory. Build and maintain customer and supplier relationships, provide quotations, close business, plan territory/accounts, and support value-added and supply-chain engagements.

Perform hands-on warehouse tasks including receiving, sorting, packaging, shipping, and teardown of electronic inventory. Move and stage inventory, verify counts, label products, disassemble equipment per specs, operate material handling equipment, maintain transactions and paperwork, meet productivity and quality targets, and follow safety and 5S standards.

Manage international trade compliance and logistics: evaluate opportunities, design export/local procurement solutions, execute shipments with LSPs/IORs, prepare export documentation (AES, ENC, HTS, CCATS), support tariff mitigation, maintain shipment data integrity, and develop Power BI reporting to monitor program health and risk.

Lead global treasury and capital markets activities, managing third-party and intercompany financing, FX and interest-rate risk, hedging, liquidity planning, and debt structuring. Negotiate and execute capital markets and bank financings, oversee interest expense forecasting and hedge accounting, ensure treasury system data quality, and partner with Tax, FP&A, and regional finance to optimize capital structure and working capital. May require off-hours period-end coverage.
