Designs and executes electrical and automation solutions for steel melt shop equipment, including PLC architectures, motor/transformer sizing, IO panels, technical specifications, procurement, cost estimates, and installation/commissioning support while managing stakeholder relationships across large projects.

Lead mechanical design activities including 3D modeling, 2D drawings, FEA, feasibility studies, and technical documentation. Direct small engineering teams, manage budgets and schedules, interface with project stakeholders, suppliers, and customers, and ensure designs meet reliability, manufacturability, and engineering standards.

Serve as customer-facing lead, coordinate internal teams, control scope/budget/schedule/quality, identify risks and issues, run alignment and progress reviews, and drive innovation toward sustainable metals production.

Market and sell steelmaking and continuous casting equipment in the NAFTA region. Lead proposal development, cost estimating, technical and metallurgical calculations, and vendor coordination. Present technical proposals to customers, manage NAFTA projects, provide aftermarket service/revamp proposals, and support domestic references. Requires ~15–20% travel for customer and supplier visits.

Develop and maintain enterprise-class full‑stack web applications for industrial clients. Design mid-tier components, data models and web APIs; write queries; support deployment, CI/CD, debugging, on-site commissioning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Serve as the customer-facing sales and service engineer for flat-product furnace systems: define service scopes, estimate costs, prepare quotes, perform on-site tuning and maintenance of combustion and furnace components, identify retrofit and new-equipment opportunities, and assist with commissioning. Role requires extensive travel to steel plant mills.
