Process customer technical sales orders from request through delivery: prepare RFQs, source parts, track and communicate quotations, support customers and sales team, and perform related duties. Requires reading technical drawings and material specs. Approximately 10% travel.

Lead design, development, and implementation of automation and power drive solutions for metals industry projects. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, commissioning, mentoring, and cross-team coordination across project life cycles.

Support monthly financial closings, prepare journal entries, maintain GL account reconciliations, process accounts payable and customer invoicing, perform project cost accounting and financial analysis, and produce ad hoc reports to support management and ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS.

Manage electrical and automation projects for steelmaking and rolling mill equipment. Own schedule, budget, quality, and technical deliverables; develop automation designs, PLC/PC control solutions, documentation, and support commissioning. Coordinate with sales, customers, suppliers, and global SMS teams. Travel up to 20%.

Develop technical and commercial solutions for modernization and repair of rolling mill, metallurgy, and process line equipment. Manage materials, resource planning, contractors, vendors, and job scheduling. Lead process improvements, 5S events, strip reports, and ensure customer ship dates and production coordination are met.

Manage project documentation lifecycle using SMS standards: define formats, transmit and track drawings/manuals, monitor document schedules, report status, assemble technical data, and coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, and Purchasing to meet contractual deliverables.

Prepare and maintain financial statements, support month-end close and reconciliations, analyze cost and inventory metrics, process AP/AR, assist audits, produce reports for plant and corporate management.

Provide design and drafting support for continuous casting sales projects in the NAFTA market, create layout drawings and proposals, manage layout work for proposals, adapt reference equipment for new designs, coordinate multi-discipline layout efforts, and serve as customer liaison for domestic references and aftermarket service/revamp proposals.
