Manage budgets, schedules, and engineering teams; coordinate with project management, supply chain, customers and suppliers; ensure quality, standards compliance, and cost-effective execution. Support global teams and travel as needed.

Provide design and drafting support for continuous casting sales projects in the NAFTA market, create layout drawings and proposals, manage layout work for proposals, adapt reference equipment for new designs, coordinate multi-discipline layout efforts, and serve as customer liaison for domestic references and aftermarket service/revamp proposals.
