Support the Marketing Manager to plan and execute casino promotions and events: manage logistics, staffing, collateral, inventory, winner documentation, and post-event reporting. Engage guests on the casino floor, coordinate across departments (hosts, slots, F&B, IT, Facilities), maintain accurate records and expense reports, and ensure exceptional guest service while working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Develop and execute organic social media content and strategy for Caesars Entertainment brands. Performs non-gaming revenue audits, prepares journal entries, account reconciliations and tax returns, ensures accurate reporting, supports special projects, and builds relationships with audit teams and operations while maintaining control documentation.

Manage end-to-end pre-employment and onboarding processes (I-9, drug screens, background checks, education/license verification), audit onboarding records, support high-volume hiring initiatives, coordinate orientation and scheduling, partner with HRIS and leadership on compliance and system issues, and deliver customer service to candidates and stakeholders.

Plan and execute BSA/Title 31 (AML) compliance audits of Caesars properties, evaluate AML program controls and regulatory compliance, document findings, and present audit results to management while maintaining positive working relationships with property staff.

Provide escalation support for identity operations, investigate and remediate advanced IAM issues, analyze environment data, drive process improvements, document and monitor IAM workflows, assist project planning and coordination, communicate with stakeholders, and mentor operations team members to enhance identity security and operational efficiency.

Build and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript in a monorepo. Collaborate with designers, product, and engineers, implement design systems, ensure performance and reliability, integrate with RESTful APIs, follow CI/CD and testing best practices, and participate in agile ceremonies.

Audit and verify daily casino revenue from slots, table games, and poker; prepare journal entries and daily operating reports; maintain regulatory records and internal controls; support month-end close, special projects, and guest service.
