Maintain and reconcile HRIS (Oracle/HCM) data for multiple entities, ensure union/non-union data accuracy, monitor licensing and compliance, run audits and reports, support system changes/upgrades, train property HR teams, and act as subject matter expert for HR transactions and data integrity.

Audit and reconcile daily gaming and non-gaming revenue, perform data entry and verification, prepare audit reports, investigate variances, maintain records, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company controls while supporting accounting operations and providing customer service.

Set up and manage in-play betting markets, monitor sharp action, use predictive models to set lines and approve wagers during live games, manage risk for pre-game events, assist reporting, and collaborate with trading teams to improve profitability.

Perform day-to-day corporate accounting tasks in accordance with US GAAP and company policies. Execute reconciliations, monthly close activities, research and resolve reconciling items, support process improvements, and communicate findings to leadership. Collaborate with accounting staff and participate in special projects while maintaining SOX/ICFR compliance.

Create and distribute organic content and internal marketing collateral; manage social media channels; produce and publish web and PR communications; coordinate media visits and influencer relations; support copywriting and internal communications; respond to media inquiries and assist leaders with messaging; attend events and travel as needed.

Provide project management, vendor coordination, installations, testing, and ongoing application support for marketing systems. Diagnose and resolve incidents, manage service calls, coordinate system change requests, develop user documentation and training, and support business operations (including non-standard hours and travel).

Perform planning and execution of compliance and operational audits across Caesars properties; evaluate controls and regulatory compliance; document processes and controls; communicate findings to management; maintain strong property relationships.

Audit and compile daily casino revenue records and control documents, verify counts and deposits, prepare exception and audit reports, maintain confidential financial information, and ensure compliance with SOPs, Internal Controls, and Title 31.

Process daily gaming revenue transactions, complete audit deliverables, enter and analyze data, perform quality reviews and attribute testing, scan and retain controlled documents, and support audit and operations teams.

Perform planning and execution of compliance and operational audits across Caesars properties. Evaluate controls and regulatory compliance, document processes, present findings to management, lead meetings with senior staff, assist special projects, and train and mentor staff. Travel to properties required (~25%).
