The Talent Acquisition Specialist oversees onboarding and processing for all new hires across Caesars Entertainment’s Las Vegas Region, Corporate, and Caesars Digital teams, partnering closely with recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience. This role serves as a key resource for large-scale hiring initiatives, employment compliance, and HCM processes. The position requires a high-energy, hands-on professional who is systems-savvy, highly organized, and able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship-building skills are essential to support both internal stakeholders and candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is also responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting special projects as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all pre-employment requirements including I-9, drug testing, background checks, education verification, and work cards/licensing to ensure timely and compliant onboarding
  • Ensure accurate completion, verification, and submission of I-9 documentation within required timelines
  • Administer drug testing and background screening processes, including monitoring results and executing follow-up actions as needed
  • Review and validate education and licensing requirements against job expectations, ensuring all credentials are obtained and recorded in HCM
  • Audit and quality-check requisitions and onboarding records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards
  • Partner with Employment Leadership to assess background results, gaming requirements, and compliance matters, providing recommendations on next steps
  • Collaborate with HRIS and cross-functional teams to resolve system issues, support enhancements, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and gaming regulations
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including candidate scheduling, orientation, and new hire paperwork processing
  • Support high-volume hiring initiatives by developing and executing efficient processing strategies for large-scale recruitment events
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by supporting candidates and stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality of all applicant and employee information
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License
  • 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition within a high-volume environment; hotel/casino industry experience preferred
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment processes and documentation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Oracle HCM)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules as needed

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment including, but not limited to computers, cell phone, etc. 
  • Must be able to work in moderate to loud noise conditions. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. 
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke. 
  • Must be able to work for long periods of time, under fluorescent lighting. 
  • Must be able to work at a desk, for most of the day, in a seated position. 
  • Must be able to spend most of the day working off computer monitors and operating a keyboard. 
  • Although most of the position will be spent seated at a desk, there will be occasions where candidate must be able to remain on one’s feet for long periods of time, and/or walk for long distances. 
  • Must be able to travel off-site to support events and community partnership engagements.

Skills Required
