Lead enterprise-wide technology projects for HRMS/Finance, managing planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Analyze, design, enhance, and implement Workday and supporting application updates, align IT solutions with finance business needs, and deliver high-quality documentation and process improvements.

Drive growth with existing customers by negotiating renewals and selling products/services, understanding customer needs, providing support, managing complex accounts, mentoring, analyzing financial reports, and delivering presentations. Must hold appropriate state life/health/HMO insurance license and be able to travel.

Lead strategic sourcing for IT professional services (consulting, managed services, outsourcing). Run RFPs/RFIs, market and financial analysis, TCO, supplier benchmarking, and negotiate MSAs/SOWs. Manage supplier performance and stakeholder relationships, drive cost reduction and supplier optimization, deliver executive presentations, and manage multiple sourcing initiatives to meet enterprise objectives.

This role manages the implementation and analysis of actuarial models for pricing and underwriting, develops complex models, and prepares presentations. Requires experience in actuarial functions within health insurance and communication skills for training and documentation.

Lead and consult on organizational design initiatives for divisions, diagnose current state, develop future-state structures and staffing, facilitate implementation, partner with HRBPs and leaders, create enterprise design methodologies and tools, and measure effectiveness of organizational change.

Manage and execute enterprise talent acquisition strategy; oversee a team of recruiters; partner with senior management and internal clients to source and build candidate pipelines for roles from front-line to director; focus on quality of hire, candidate experience, vendor negotiation, and hiring process improvements. Requires occasional travel.
