Job Summary

As a Sr BI Product Manager at HCSC, you will play a crucial role in owning and managing one or more BI solutions products. You will operate with a minimal amount of guidance and supervision, serving as the primary owner responsible for translating customer needs into BI solutions products that provide significant business value. Your responsibilities will include understanding the problem, converting into actionable solution, writing technical requirements, prioritizing development, coordinating with stakeholders, and promoting product usage across a broad audience. Additionally, you will be accountable for the successful delivery and implementation of the product. In some cases, you may assist with BI development and data engineering tasks, and you will have an indirect reporting relationship with Analytics consultants and data engineers working on the products. The goal of this role is to deliver BI solutions that can generate insights to the business and make an impact on the organization.

Required Job Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree and 3 years of work experience in a mathematical, statistical, computer science, engineering, physics, economics or related quantitative field OR Actuarial credential or Master’s degree and 2 years of work experience in a related quantitative field OR Ph.D. in a related quantitative field"

* Independently delivering or leading the delivery of a complex analytics or  BI solutions project or product

• Ability to present and communicate to different levels of the organization.

• At least 2 years of experience with BI applications like PowerBI, Tableau.

• Experience building visualizations for different levels of organization (tactical and strategic).

Preferred Job Qualifications:

* Masters degree in a computational field, or Bachelors degree with significant healthcare experience

* Proficiency SQL

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range$92,700.00 - $167,500.00
