Senior strategic advisor to the CEO who defines and drives executive narrative, crafts high-impact CEO content (speeches, op-eds, social media), secures and readies speaking/media opportunities, builds and leads the CEO Executive Communications function, aligns internal communications, and measures impact to elevate Uniphore's position in Business AI.

Partnering with the CEO to lead strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence (QBRs, OKRs, Board reporting), produce market and competitive insights, enable cross-functional alignment, and manage project frameworks to ensure timely delivery and leadership development across the company.

Lead and scale global commercial legal efforts: draft, structure, and negotiate complex SaaS and technology agreements; redesign contract workflows and implement AI tools; develop scalable templates and playbooks; advise senior leadership on IP, data privacy, security, and regulatory risks; collaborate with go-to-market teams and manage outside counsel.

As Director, AI Advisory, serve as a strategic partner to Global 2000 customers. Shape AI transformation journeys, lead workshops, enable operationalization of AI, and mentor team members.
