Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-Prem/Online) for Partner Relationship Management, integrate CRM with SAP, SharePoint and Office 365, develop workflows and data integrations, administer CRM environments, support ADX Portal UI, and collaborate with Business Process Owners and IT for post-go-live support.

Maintain software repositories and builds, ensure continuous integration and delivery, synchronize patches across build lines, integrate vendor code, produce periodic builds for validation teams, coordinate defect fixes, automate patch/build management, and improve processes while guiding internal and external teams.

Develop C# desktop applications (WinForms) and MS Excel plugins, write scripts, collaborate with technical customers, follow Agile processes, implement functional modules, code to requirements, and track/resolve software defects.
