Administer HR programs covering compensation, benefits, leave, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, workers’ compensation, and FMLA records. Support employees, managers, HR staff, and administrative coordinators; manage HR files, audits, meetings, events, organizational content, and employee engagement communications. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, applicant tracking, training, acquisitions, and employment-law compliance.

Greet visitors, answer and route incoming calls, provide basic information, take messages, and perform other front-desk duties to ensure a positive customer experience.

Visit regional dealerships to capture photos and videos; create engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube to support sales and service goals.

Manage new and used vehicle sales by forecasting goals, hiring, training, supervising and motivating sales staff, setting objectives and commissions, conducting sales meetings and training, maintaining sales records, appraising used vehicles, recommending inventory, coordinating with service/parts/finance, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer delivery standards, and supporting advertising and promotions to maximize gross and F&I penetration.

Visit regional dealerships to capture photos, videos, and content; create engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube to support sales and service goals.

Manage dealership finance processes: secure financing approvals, maintain relationships with lenders and insurers, prepare penetration and forecasting reports, verify paperwork, assist sales staff in negotiations, track daily logs, and ensure compliance with sales and finance policies. Attend meetings and meet monthly objectives.
