Manage complex, multi-state payrolls and reviews, resolve payroll discrepancies, support audits, tax and year-end reporting, maintain payroll systems data, produce reports, and mentor payroll specialists while collaborating with client managers and internal teams.

Full-charge bookkeeper responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping including journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, payroll and sales tax filing, fixed asset schedules, year-end W2s/1099s, and special research projects. Administer assigned personal, retirement, entity, and trust accounts to ensure compliance with governing documents and regulations. Maintain direct client contact, coordinate account openings/closures, process transactions (RMDs, deposits, disbursements), QC disbursements, work with operations and tax teams on tax forms and cost basis, and escalate complex administrative issues as needed.
