Lead financial management for a nonprofit, oversee accounting, budgeting, audits, grants and LIHTC compliance; liaise with auditors, lenders, board finance committee, and senior leadership; implement accounting policies, cash flow forecasting, contracts and financial reporting systems; supervise staff and translate financial information for program and fundraising teams.

Conduct equity and fixed-income research, set investment objectives and asset allocations, manage client accounts, participate in client review and new-business presentations, assist trading and internal/external investment communications, and travel occasionally within the firm footprint.

Full-charge bookkeeper responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping including journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, payroll and sales tax filing, fixed asset schedules, year-end W2s/1099s, and special research projects. Works directly with clients and firm staff in a hybrid, full- or part-time role.
