Oversee audits, site visits, contract accuracy, risk mitigation, performance metrics, team development, and corrective actions. Partner with sales, legal, and executive leadership to reduce cancellations, improve customer experience, and manage budgets.

Provide administrative and HR support to resort leadership: payroll and benefits administration, HR recordkeeping, OSHA compliance, vendor contracts and invoicing, claims management, office supplies and forms development, and general correspondence and reporting. Support events and maintain confidentiality of employee and guest records.

Lead and grow the marketing team to develop and execute internal and external marketing strategies that increase revenue and profitability for timeshare products. Monitor market trends, create and manage campaigns and budgets, mentor staff, provide cross-departmental marketing expertise, and maintain guest relations programs while ensuring competitive industry practices and adherence to company values.

Sell vacation ownership to qualified on-site resort guests through consultative presentations. Build relationships, showcase resort accommodations, meet sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and grow earnings through commissions and bonuses. Participate in paid training, coaching, and potential advancement into leadership roles.

Temporary accounts payable role responsible for vendor setup, invoice and check processing, accounts payable recordkeeping, researching and resolving payment issues, maintaining W-9s and insurance certificates, preparing 1099s, and producing reports and tracking spreadsheets.
