Position Overview

This is a fully onsite Frontline Sales Representative role in Gatlinburg, TN, where you will meet with prospective non-owner guests and present the value of Capital Vacations ownership.

You’ll work in an environment equipped with proven tools for success, including:

  • Group sales presentations led by industry veterans
  • Hands-on support from experienced team managers who assist with closing
Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging in-person presentations with prospective members
  • Build rapport quickly and communicate the value of ownership effectively
  • Guide guests through the sales process and close deals
  • Maintain accurate and organized CRM documentation
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals

Qualifications
  • Must hold or willing to obtain a TN Real Estate/Timeshare license
  • Ability to work during day, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work onsite/in person at our sales location
  • Previous sales experience preferred (auto, insurance, finance, luxury goods, hospitality)
  • Build trust and rapport easily
  • Handle stress and rejection effectively
  • Competitive, driven, confident communicator
  • Strong listener and quick thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Persuasive personality
