Position OverviewThis is a fully onsite Frontline Sales Representative role in Gatlinburg, TN, where you will meet with prospective non-owner guests and present the value of Capital Vacations ownership.
You’ll work in an environment equipped with proven tools for success, including:
- Group sales presentations led by industry veterans
- Hands-on support from experienced team managers who assist with closing
- Conduct engaging in-person presentations with prospective members
- Build rapport quickly and communicate the value of ownership effectively
- Guide guests through the sales process and close deals
- Maintain accurate and organized CRM documentation
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals
- Highly competitive compensation: Weekly commissions plus monthly bonuses
