Serve as finance lead on global product development projects, build business-case models, analyze brand sales KPIs and promotion profitability, support strategic planning, identify cost savings, and create ad hoc and standard reporting to inform decision-making.

Prepare bottom-up monthly forecasts and annual budgets; analyze KPIs, daily/weekly metrics, and variances; create ad hoc and management reports; support cross-functional expense control, strategic planning, and initiatives to improve forecast accuracy, cost savings, and efficiency; enforce financial policies.

Perform accounts receivable tasks including posting daily cash receipts, applying payments, reconciling deposits, researching unapplied cash and payment variances, ensuring SOX/GAAP/SEC compliance, collaborating with internal teams, and completing assigned administrative accounting duties.

Support FP&A leadership with financial analysis of customer profitability, pricing, promotions, and dealer incentives. Produce monthly/quarterly reporting, forecast and budget support, scenario modeling, POS reporting insights, and ad-hoc analysis. Collaborate with sales and cross-functional partners to improve forecast accuracy, profitability, and processes.

Provide exceptional customer service and sell Tempur-Pedic products; support store management in the manager's absence; travel between nearby stores to assist performance, merchandising, training, and problem solving; perform regular retail associate duties and uphold company policies and brand standards.

Manage end-to-end production of photography, film/B-roll and photorealistic CGI for brand advertising and product launches. Define creative vision, brief agencies, oversee pre-production, on-set and post-production, manage DAM and usage rights, track budgets and invoices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver assets on time and on brand.

Lead and complete accounting activities across disciplines (AR/AP, cost, financial reporting, inventory, payroll). Ensure GAAP, SOX and SEC compliance; prepare SEC filings and disclosures; analyze financial reports to support management decisions; coordinate cross-functional teams and lead close processes.

Lead Cost Accounting and Bill of Materials teams supporting multiple entities. Oversee item/BOM maintenance, standard costs, inventory accounting, COGS, reconciliations, audits, inventory counts, master data, and system project participation. Establish metrics, update policies, partner cross-functionally, and support product launch and process projects.

Produce repeatable, decision-ready sales and market reports from POS and third-party data. Surface market, retailer, and competitive signals, generate Guidebook-ready insights, support dashboards, QA and data governance, and enable AI-assisted insight initiatives to drive customer and divisional actions.
