Provide exceptional customer service and consultative sales of Tempur-Pedic products, support store management in the manager's absence, assist merchandising, train and lead sales staff, and maintain store standards and operations.

Manage marketing-driven ecommerce initiatives for Tempur Sealy brands: maintain product mix and promotions via CMS, perform site QA, build HTML marketing emails, manipulate creative assets, run ESP campaigns, produce Excel-based reports, support order triage, and collaborate with internal teams and third-party developers to improve ecommerce experience.

Lead financial planning and analysis for manufacturing: prepare budgets/forecasts, drive financial oversight of initiatives and capital investments, analyze variances and KPIs, improve processes and controls, supervise team members, support cost-savings and ad-hoc projects, and ensure compliance with finance policies.

Prepare and analyze financial information, journal entries, reconciliations, and reports (balance sheet, P&L). Investigate discrepancies, support audits, coordinate cross-functionally, recommend accounting treatments, improve processes, and deliver ad-hoc reporting and special projects. Occasional late nights/weekends may be required.

Prepare bottom-up monthly forecasts and annual budgets; perform variance and KPI analyses; partner with operations to control costs, improve forecast accuracy, and drive productivity and cost-savings. Maintain relationships with site leaders, audit vendor payables, and provide actionable financial insights to support decision-making.

Prepare and file sales, use, property, and basic-to-mid-level income tax returns; maintain exemption certificates and depreciation schedules; support audits, tax research, filings, credits/incentives, quarterly tax provisions, and cross-department tax data requests under supervisor direction.

Maintain and build product cost models, support standard cost roll and total cost analytics, perform unit cost and make-vs-buy analyses, support pricing and profitability allocation, assist budgeting/forecasting and capital investment analysis, and represent finance on cross-functional projects.

Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for North America chemicals (polyurethanes) to ensure continuity of supply, cost savings, contract negotiations, risk mitigation, new product launches, and cross-functional collaboration. Manage a NA chemicals team, supplier performance, category analytics, and supplier certification while supporting global alignment and reporting.

Prepare and file sales, use, property, and basic-to-mid complexity income tax returns; maintain exemption certificates and depreciation schedules; support audits, tax research, credits/incentives, state filings, and provide tax data to internal teams under supervisor direction.

Provide excellent customer service and sell Tempur-Pedic products; act as acting store management when the Store Manager is absent (opening/closing, supervising staff). Support merchandising, implement company programs, train and mentor sales staff, identify and resolve store performance issues, and maintain brand standards and retail procedures.
