Greet customers, present vehicles, perform test drives, develop prospects, enter and follow up on leads in the CRM, schedule appointments, assist through write-up and delivery, train and mentor new sales staff, and maintain product knowledge and showroom lot appearance.

Perform dealership accounting tasks including general ledger posting for new and used vehicle deals, schedule reviews and maintenance, vendor invoice coding/processing, manufacturer monies accounting, RDR and rebate reconciliations, variance research, and other assigned duties.

Sell new and used vehicles in a high-volume dealership environment. Deliver exceptional customer service, manage sales transactions, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals. Must have proven auto sales success and strong communication and computer skills.

Process and record dealership financial transactions (vehicle purchases, trades, wholesale, deal postings). Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, cash receipts, lien payoffs, and collections. Reconcile financial accounts and manufacturer programs, support warranty processing, cancellations, refunds, and customer referral payments. Maintain accurate schedules, records, and contribute to accounting team objectives.
