Serve as the dealership BDC representative handling inbound/outbound customer calls, capture accurate customer data, schedule appointments, support sales growth, maintain product and promotion knowledge, and use CRM and phone systems to increase appointments, sales, and retention.

Greet customers, present vehicles and features, conduct demo drives, collect customer contact and interest details, enter leads into CRM, schedule appointments, and maintain product and pricing knowledge while following dealership processes.

Sell new and used vehicles, help customers select suitable cars, explain features, prospect for new business, maintain follow-up with clients, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Develop and prospect local businesses for vehicle sales and service, ensure customer satisfaction and proper vehicle documentation, train and share product knowledge with the sales team, and log customer contacts into the Performance Dashboard. Manage fleet and individual incentives and assist toward team/unit sales goals.

Process daily deposits and reconcile cash sales; audit car deals for completeness; track and report missing or incorrect items; scan and maintain deal documentation; review IRS Form 8300s; collaborate with store teams on revenue recognition and process improvements; assist with reconciled schedules; cross-train as Title & Registration backup and meet performance standards.

Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts for parts, service, and sales; gather and maintain customer data; schedule appointments; follow up on leads; use phone and basic computer skills to increase appointments, sales, and retention.

Sell and consult customers on vehicle features, options, pricing and finance. Maintain follow-up and relationships, track leads in dealership CRM, attend product and sales training, and meet sales targets.

Sell new and used vehicles by presenting features, finance and purchase options, and store policies; follow up with customers, track leads in the dealership management system, stay current on products, and attend training.

Greet customers, present vehicles, conduct test drives, prospect and follow up using CRM, schedule appointments, assist with write-up and delivery, introduce customers to service, maintain product knowledge and showroom appearance, and mentor/coach trainees.

Lead and coach the dealership F&I team to structure compliant, customer-focused deals. Present financing, warranties, and protection products, manage lender relationships, and drive product penetration and store growth while ensuring compliance and strong customer experience.
