Administers employee benefit programs, including enrollment, open enrollment, claims support, vendor coordination, compliance, records, invoices, and employee communications. Reconciles benefits deductions with payroll, prepares reports, supports audits, and provides guidance on eligibility and coverage. Collaborates with HR, payroll, and providers while assisting with process improvement and backup payroll processing.

Supports HR operations for healthcare organizations, including recruitment, onboarding, credential verification, employee relations, compliance, benefits and payroll coordination, training, recordkeeping, reporting, and employee engagement. The role advises employees and leadership on HR matters, maintains confidential personnel and training records, tracks compliance and workforce metrics, and helps update policies and procedures.

Provides administrative and office support for the Purchased Referred Care program. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing correspondence and incoming communications, maintaining records and files, directing calls and visitors, arranging conference rooms, completing errands, and assisting staff and clients. The role requires discretion when handling confidential information, strong communication and collaboration skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, and a clear background check. This is a sedentary, office-based position with no supervisory duties.
