Leads the bank’s corporate card and commercial payments business, owning strategy, business development, portfolio growth, product management, customer experience, e-payables expansion, vendor management, operational excellence, and digital transformation. Partners across banking, treasury, operations, finance, technology, risk, compliance, and third-party providers to deliver payment solutions, increase revenue, improve efficiency, manage risk, and support profitability.

Leads initial cybersecurity incident response, monitors logs and threats, manages security tools and vendors, maintains policies, supports audits and regulatory compliance, conducts vulnerability assessments, and develops employee security awareness programs. The role requires strong documentation, organization, communication, discretion, and collaboration skills, along with at least one year of relevant IT experience.

Oversee the full lifecycle of Treasury Management products, including vendor selection, implementation, compliance, marketing, customer support, billing, operations, and systems support. Guide and train bank employees on new products and services, while analyzing data and working with databases.

Designs, builds, implements, and supports internal AI-enabled workflows, automations, copilots, and business-unit agents using low-code tools. Evaluates processes, identifies inefficiencies, recommends improvements, documents workflows and controls, coordinates with stakeholders, and supports responsible adoption within security and governance standards. Partners with centralized technology, data, and engineering teams when advanced integrations or architecture are needed.

Analyzes deposit and lending product portfolios to identify trends, profitability opportunities, cost reductions, market share gains, and operational improvements. Develops performance reports and dashboards, formulates recommendations, and supports product development, marketing, and promotion. Retrieves and analyzes data using SQL, databases, Excel, business intelligence tools, and potentially R. Provides phone-based support for online and mobile banking customers, including digital product guidance, enrollment assistance, troubleshooting, account access support, billing research, and escalations. Diagnoses issues using internal systems, online resources, and knowledge bases while collaborating with digital banking, operations, vendors, and support teams. Tracks issues through resolution and delivers accurate, timely customer service.

Manage and maintain compensation programs, including base salary and incentive administration. Support annual performance and compensation reviews, conduct internal and external market analyses, participate in market surveys, and evaluate jobs for appropriate salary grades and classifications. Partner with business stakeholders to provide actionable compensation solutions while handling confidential information and managing multiple priorities.

Prepares and reviews SEC, FDIC, Federal Reserve, board, and management reports. Performs reconciliations, tie-outs, data validation, variance analysis, and reporting-quality procedures. Supports internal financial controls, audits, and reporting documentation while coordinating with business partners, auditors, and external and regulatory reporting teams.

Executes equity, ETF, and mutual fund trades for the Wealth Management Group; maintains asset allocation strategies in trading systems; resolves trade execution and settlement issues; provides execution insights; supports analytical, compliance, and institutional advisory marketing activities.

Assists with managing the bank’s foreign exchange and excess liquidity positions, optimizing earnings while controlling credit, interest rate, and market risk. The role supports Treasury and Investment Division operations under managerial direction, requiring strong communication, attention to detail, follow-through, deadline management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday during early morning hours, with possible variations.
