Owns the growth, optimization, and strategic development of a commercial card E-Payables program. Manages supplier enablement, virtual card adoption, campaigns, program performance, vendor relationships, client engagement, analytics, reporting, presentations, training, and cross-functional initiatives. Uses payment and portfolio metrics to identify growth opportunities, improve processes, increase supplier participation, and maximize program profitability.

Analyzes commercial customers’ financial statements to assess creditworthiness and repayment ability. Prepares financial statement spreads and written analyses supporting credit underwriting, primarily for lower-complexity branch credits. Support platform administration, reporting, data engineering, database constructs, visualization, stakeholder communication, presentations, problem-solving, and competing priorities. The role requires maintaining platform quality, collaborating across teams, and aligning delivery with the organization’s data and analytics strategy.

Supports residential mortgage and HELOC sales by setting up new loan files, verifying timing requirements, compiling documentation, and referring complete files to processing and underwriting. Works with loan officers and customers to obtain required application documents while managing multiple deadlines, confidential information, and accurate pipeline records.

Supports business transformation initiatives by mapping and improving processes, identifying automation opportunities, documenting requirements, analyzing data and metrics, and helping implement scalable solutions. Provides enterprise-wide IAM support by fulfilling account and role provisioning requests, partnering with business units, and enforcing access-management guidelines and bank security policies. Responsibilities include reporting performance metrics, training team members, supporting audits, and independently leading IT audit reviews. The role requires strong communication, organization, practical technical judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to meet service-level expectations while working independently and collaboratively.

Leads agile delivery of enterprise data and analytics products, managing product roadmaps, issue backlogs, and delivery processes. Collaborates with product leads, product owners, and architects to align products with business needs and optimize delivery and maintenance. Requires strong agile management, data and analytics, communication, organization, conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Processes deposit operations exceptions accurately and within deadlines, coordinating with EOS department leads and managers to reduce risk and prevent losses. Handles second-day banking operations, including return items, bank-to-bank adjustments, check processing, deposit maintenance, retirement savings product data, and compliance-related activities. Requires attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, communication, multitasking, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Processes Mastercard, Zelle, and ACH dispute claims, ensuring appropriate actions are completed within regulatory deadlines. Communicates with customers, internal departments, and financial institutions by phone and in writing. Requires attention to detail, critical thinking, time management, accurate data entry, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.

Reconciles major bank application accounts, general ledger control accounts, cash, ATM, Zelle, EFT, and settlement transactions. Reviews unprocessed and cancelled transactions, researches discrepancies, supports centralized reconciliation and adjustment processes, and assists Item Processing and ATM operations. Maintains accurate records, meets deadlines, handles confidential information, and communicates effectively while managing multiple operational priorities.
