Processes payroll and accounts payable, including timecard review, payroll tax filings, invoice verification, check generation, deposits, resident EFTs, petty cash, and Payroll Based Journal submissions. Provides data entry and clerical support while assisting the Financial Services Director with daily department operations in a retirement community.

Owns financial reporting and compliance deliverables, including CAM reports, board and owner schedules, regulatory submissions, medical expense and insurance claim packages, debt covenant calculations, and due diligence requests. Maintains audit-ready documentation and improves reporting processes while coordinating with BI, IT, leadership, and process owners.

Leads marketing and sales strategy to achieve occupancy and revenue goals for a senior living community. Oversees sales pipelines, prospect consultations, tours, lead follow-up, marketing campaigns, events, website presence, referral partnerships, and performance reporting. Mentors sales staff, collaborates with community and regional leadership, and provides market insight on pricing, promotions, and competitive positioning.

Leads financial oversight for a portfolio of communities, driving budgeting, forecasting, profitability, cash management, financial reporting, and capital allocation. Partners with regional, community, operational, and executive leaders to analyze performance, develop action plans, improve efficiency, and ensure governance, controls, compliance, and audit readiness. Presents financial results to executives, boards, owners, and other stakeholders while coordinating with accounting and finance centers of excellence.

Develops brand awareness, qualified leads, occupancy, and community engagement through marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, events, content, public relations, and partnerships. Collaborates with sales, leadership, advertising agencies, referral sources, and media outlets. Oversees marketing materials and multimedia content, supports website and social media activity, tracks lead and campaign metrics, and serves as a community brand ambassador.

Leads administrative operations for a senior living community, including reception, office management, clerical support, scheduling, records, purchasing, and team supervision. Improves workflows, supports executive and department leaders, coordinates meetings and events, handles escalated concerns, assists with reports and audits, and ensures compliance, confidentiality, and exceptional service for residents, families, associates, and visitors.

Implements, maintains, optimizes, and supports business systems while serving as a subject matter expert. The role analyzes complex issues, performs root-cause analysis, improves processes, develops automation and AI-enabled solutions, uses reporting and dashboards, leads testing and moderately complex projects, trains users, manages vendor issues, and mentors teammates.

Manages daily accounting operations and supervises department staff. Responsibilities include general ledger analysis, journal entries, bank and investment reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable oversight, billing, fixed asset accounting, construction-in-progress reconciliation, audit schedules, budget support, and monthly BlackLine account reconciliation certification. The role supports both Casa de las Campanas and its foundation.
