Who you are:

Job Summary:
The Marketing and Sales Specialist focuses on building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting occupancy goals through targeted campaigns, digital initiatives, and community engagement. The incumbent will work closely with the sales team, leadership, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging that reflects the community’s mission and values.
Essential Job Duties:
Work with our contracted advertising agency to ensure all marketing materials reflect the brand identity and mission of the community.
Oversee production of print, digital, and multimedia content including brochures, newsletters, advertisements, and promotional materials. Work with direction from the Director to maintain our website and utilize all social media platforms to drive engagement and inquiries.
Plan and coordinate events, open houses, seminars, and other outreach initiatives to attract prospective residents and prospective residents.
Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns and tools that support lead nurturing and conversion.
Track and report on lead generation metrics, occupancy goals, and campaign performance.
Build relationships with local organizations, referral sources, and media outlets to enhance community visibility.
Manage public relations efforts, including press releases and community storytelling opportunities.
Serve as a brand ambassador within the community and at external events.
Rate of Pay: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour
