Serve as onsite financial steward for a senior living community: manage accounting, billing, resident financial support, AP, GL maintenance, reconciliations, payroll interfaces, systems data (PCC/C3LinC), and partner with regional finance and COEs to provide financial insights and support department leaders.

Provide front-desk and switchboard coverage, greet visitors, distribute mail and packages, monitor security cameras and fire panel, maintain visitor logs, prepare work orders and correspondence, and perform data entry and other clerical duties using computer software.

Support HR operations with emphasis on onboarding, orientation, and benefits administration. Use HRIS (Oracle HCM/ADP) for recruitment, payroll, and personnel records. Lead new hire orientation, maintain compliant employee files, manage WC/FMLA/ADA leaves, assist with employee relations and grievances, and preserve confidentiality.

Lead pricing analysis and forecasting for entrance fees; build and maintain financial models, perform back‑testing and scenario analysis, provide pricing and valuation recommendations to regional teams and ownership, and implement pricing controls and standardization across communities.

Lead pricing forecasting, modeling, and analytics for entrance and monthly service fees; produce pricing desk recommendations, coordinate actuarial inputs, back-test assumptions, and deliver reporting to Regional Team and Ownership. Collaborate with finance, accounting, and sales teams, and manage a team of Finance Analysts to optimize occupancy, cash flow, and valuation.

Administer, configure, maintain, monitor, secure, and troubleshoot community networks, servers, and related systems. Handle infrastructure requests/incidents, participate in projects, plan and test changes/upgrades, escalate from the support center, document systems, and provide after-hours/on-call support as needed.

Lead enterprise data and AI strategy, build and manage a multidisciplinary data and AI organization, prioritize high-impact AI initiatives, establish AI governance and architecture, drive cross-functional adoption, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and deliver measurable business value.

Senior individual contributor leading forecasts, budgets, variance analysis, and enterprise financial modeling. Builds dashboards and executive reporting, presents insights to senior leaders, supports allocation strategy and governance, drives continuous improvement in planning and analytics, and advises cross-functional leaders to influence decision-making without direct reports.

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for enterprise financial applications (Oracle EBS, Yardi), align systems with finance and operations, manage platform governance, integrations, data quality, and vendor relationships. Oversee projects, production support, change management, reporting/analytics, and a team of systems analysts and engineers to improve processes and system stability.

Provide administrative support to Business Office, Sales & Marketing, and Executive teams in a senior living community: maintain resident and prospect records, assist with admissions, billing, payroll review, reports, marketing tasks, front desk coverage, and CRM updates.
