The Sales Manager develops sales strategies, leads and trains staff, manages client relationships, and monitors sales performance to maximize revenues.

The TV Producer organizes and plans daily newscasts, writes stories, coordinates with the newsroom team, manages breaking news, and oversees the final broadcast. Responsibilities include posting updates online and shooting/editing video as needed.

The Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, preparing presentations, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with departments to create promotional sales solutions.

Report, shoot, write, edit and produce news stories for broadcast and digital platforms. Present live and taped reports, travel to scenes to gather video and information, update online content, and contribute to newscast planning. Work collaboratively in the newsroom, meet tight deadlines, and serve as fill-in anchor as needed.

Manage end-to-end client onboarding, lead meetings and creative coordination, ensure tracking/connectivity across ad platforms, produce reports, recommend process improvements, and drive client retention through exceptional service and cross-team collaboration.

Support and execute station promotional events and community programs off-site. Set up/break down promotional equipment, represent the station professionally, provide customer service, maintain organized areas and vehicles, communicate with staff, attend meetings, and perform other assigned duties. Must be punctual and able to work evenings and weekends.

Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks including invoice review/coding, 1099 and IRS reporting, Concur expense approvals, month-end revenue reporting, fixed asset capitalizations, vendor file maintenance, credit approvals in Wide Orbit, collections and aging management, and client/vendor communications.

Host the afternoon drive radio show: deliver live on-air content, read and interpret copy, ad-lib, operate studio/control room equipment, record and edit calls and bits, attend promotional appearances, follow Program Director direction, and work varied hours as part of a team.

The Account Executive is responsible for meeting sales goals, creating presentations, providing customer service, and managing new accounts while collaborating with departments to develop promotional sales solutions.

Maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware and software, perform preventative maintenance and upgrades, install/configure equipment, document systems, provide technical support and training, participate in on-call rotation, collaborate with corporate IT and vendors, and ensure data confidentiality.
