- Assist the Promotions Director in planning and executing station promotions, contests, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate scheduling, communication, and daily assignments for the Event Marketing Team (street team).
- Manage contest administration, including winner verification, prize fulfillment, affidavits, tickets, and maintaining compliance with contest rules and FCC regulations.
- Assist with station mobile app and on air contesting promotions and listener engagement initiatives.
- Represent the stations at live broadcasts, concerts, festivals, client events, and community appearances as needed.
- Work closely with the Sales, Programming, Digital, and Engineering departments to execute promotional initiatives and client activations.
- Maintain promotional inventory, storage areas, prize closet, and event equipment.
- Track promotional materials, event assets, and station vehicles to ensure they are organized and event-ready.
- Prepare promotional recap materials for clients, including event summaries, photos, contest results, and other campaign deliverables.
- Assist Sales and the Promotions Director with documenting the success of client promotions and station events through timely and accurate recaps.
- Help identify opportunities to improve promotional processes and event execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent, required.
- Promotion/Marketing background required. Previous broadcasting experience preferred.
