Plan and execute high-touch luxury events (Owner gatherings, aircraft showcases, galas) from concept through on-site delivery. Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, travel, run-of-show materials, guest communications, and post-event reporting. Deliver exceptional hospitality, represent the brand to UHNW guests and executives, and support continuous improvement of event processes and marketing initiatives.

Provide world-class owner support for international flights by scheduling trips, managing high-volume calls and emails, ensuring passport/permit/customs compliance, coordinating with International Operations, proactively communicating changes, and performing daily quality control of trip details.

Act as the primary communications link between flight crews and operations, coordinate day-of-flight changes with internal teams, monitor pilot communications, escalate operational issues, maintain accurate documentation, and provide professional customer-focused support to ensure safe, efficient trip execution.

Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities including interview scheduling, ATS management, onboarding logistics, new-hire orientation, I-9s and background checks, HR recordkeeping, event logistics, swag/inventory management, and support HR projects and reporting.

Support international trip planning for the US fleet: review, plan, file, and update ICAO-compliant international flight plans; coordinate with internal teams; manage contingencies, regulatory compliance, and operational records; make rapid safety and regulatory decisions in time-sensitive situations.

Prepare and file domestic flight plans, monitor weather and operational conditions, manage airport slots/PPRs, provide crew briefings and trip documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and support resolution of flight deviations while delivering exceptional service.

Manage customer invoicing, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Support forecasting, inventory procurement/allocation, vendor/customer oversight, ERP evaluation/implementation, and carbon accounting for aviation sustainability initiatives.

Design and govern enterprise Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Lead solution workshops, architect integrations with Azure, ensure security, data modeling and governance, oversee testing and CI/CD, and mentor development teams to align with enterprise architecture and delivery practices.

Lead software product strategy and execution: gather VOC and run usability tests, translate needs into user stories, support sprint planning, prioritize backlog, collaborate cross-functionally, monitor product performance, and keep stakeholders aligned.

Design and govern enterprise Power Platform solutions (apps, automations, BI, integrations). Lead workshops, define architecture, ensure data, security, lifecycle, CI/CD, and mentor teams to deliver scalable, maintainable Microsoft 365 solutions.
