Entry-level ML engineer to assist in developing, training, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models. Responsibilities include data cleaning, building pipelines, supporting production deployments, troubleshooting model performance, collaborating with team members, and documenting code and processes.

Serve as embedded primary liaison for a key client managing jet fuel procurement (fossil and SAF), FBO operations, sustainability strategy, emissions reporting, accounting reconciliation, and long-term fuel and ground-operations planning. Manage day-to-day line store operations for aviation MRO: oversee inventory accuracy, receipt/inspection/storage/issue processes, cycle counts, KPI reporting, regulatory compliance, quarantine/disposition, and lead store personnel to support on-time aircraft release.

Support IT departmental budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting. Track and monitor IT spending, invoices, purchase orders, licensing and vendor agreements. Partner with IT staff and vendors, provide regular updates to IT leadership, and support the IT Technical Services team as needed.

Plan and execute high-touch luxury events (Owner gatherings, aircraft showcases, galas) from concept through on-site delivery. Deliver exceptional hospitality, represent the brand to UHNW guests and executives, and support continuous improvement of event processes and marketing initiatives.

Lead and manage Line Stores operations supporting aircraft maintenance and flight operations. Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, parts control, documentation, supplier relationships, FAA compliance, audits, and safety programs while collaborating with Maintenance, Flight Operations, Procurement, and Finance.

Manage Rolls-Royce engine maintenance programs: coordinate shop support, troubleshoot components, approve rental/bailment agreements, validate airworthiness, update CAMP, monitor ADs and service bulletins, and liaise with QA, MOCC, and other departments to improve fleet dispatch availability.

Design and govern enterprise Power Platform solutions (apps, automations, BI, integrations). Lead workshops, define architecture, ensure data, security, lifecycle, CI/CD, and mentor teams to deliver scalable, maintainable Microsoft 365 solutions.

Design and govern enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions (apps, automations, dashboards) using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and Azure integrations; lead requirements workshops, produce architecture and governance documentation, oversee testing and CI/CD, mentor teams, and ensure security, performance, and lifecycle management.
