Analyze aircraft maintenance and engineering data to identify failure trends and root causes, develop corrective actions, monitor reliability metrics, coordinate with internal teams and OEMs, present findings in technical working groups, and drive improvements in aircraft availability and operating costs.

Manage high-volume calls, schedule conference rooms, handle mailroom tasks, create badges, order supplies/catering, stock coffee areas, and provide general administrative support while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Lead and manage Line Stores operations supporting aircraft maintenance and flight operations. Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, parts control, documentation, supplier relationships, FAA compliance, audits, and safety programs while collaborating with Maintenance, Flight Operations, Procurement, and Finance.

Plan and coordinate all aspects of international flight operations for the U.S. fleet, including permits, customs/immigration filings, flight plan filing, airport coordination, fuel/ground services, crew and passenger logistics, regulatory compliance, weather/event monitoring, trip briefings, and resolution of operational deviations while communicating changes to stakeholders.
