Manage a single system acquisition program or major functional area: set objectives and requirements, develop budgets, standards and schedules, monitor resources, supervise staff, review documentation, and conduct program reviews and meetings.

Support cybersecurity engineering and authorization activities for Army CPE IEW&S systems. Review RMF packages in eMASS/Xacta, manage A&A documentation and APMS portfolio tracking, advise PMs on cybersecurity strategy and ATO/IATO/IATT/ATC processes, lead vulnerability management and POA&M review, develop training and templates, and coordinate cybersecurity policy and exceptions across stakeholders.

Lead and oversee daily operations of a support contract, including policy development, staffing and resource planning, performance tracking, risk mitigation, stakeholder communications, and preparation of reports and briefings to ensure contract compliance and program efficiency.

Provide senior acquisition and contract planning expertise supporting CPE IEW&S program managers. Review and develop acquisition documents, track contract milestones and metrics, liaise with Army Contracting Command, perform risk analysis, maintain procurement portfolio tools and BI reports, support DoD 5000/ACAT procurements, and deliver training and briefings up to the Program Executive Office.

Serve as a liaison providing systems engineering support to the Cyber Center of Excellence. Act as subject matter expert in communications and intelligence, participate in the Network Synchronization Working Group, support PEO IEW&S priorities, and prepare/update acquisition and compliance documentation per DoD acquisition and cybersecurity directives.

Process and audit DoD travel vouchers in DTS, ensure compliance with Federal Travel Regulations, verify receipts, monitor accounts payable/obligations, liaise with CTO, provide DTS guidance and training, and assist GTCC/APC functions.

Re-engineer legacy SharePoint 2013/2019 applications and workflows into Power Platform solutions, customize or develop Power Platform apps, configure SharePoint solutions using front-end technologies, integrate Microsoft SQL Server and Power Platform connectors, advise on architectures, and coordinate with project leads and end users.

Prepare and coordinate complex financial analyses (forecasts, depreciation, return evaluations, working capital, investment analysis) to support NAVSEA programs. Produce periodic financial reports, ensure DoD/NAVSEA compliance, reconcile accounts, use Navy ERP and PBIS, lead projects, and mentor junior analysts.

Support Navy financial management by monitoring budgets, entering and validating financial data, preparing reports, analyzing cost and program data, assisting system maintenance, supporting audits and compliance, and performing resource allocation and administrative tasks.

Lead development and execution of public affairs programs, strategic communications, outreach campaigns, and media relations. Produce executive-level messaging, manage editorial calendars, coordinate community engagement, and report metrics to senior leadership while facilitating government review of media interactions.
