Supports undersea sustainment logistics through inventory management, warehouse receiving and stowage, material issue reconciliation, shipping and disposal, personnel gear processing, and General Service Request coordination. Maintains data and researches items in DPAS, RSUPPLY, and SSAVIE. Verifies material recipients, resolves operational consumables issues, and prepares quarterly status reports identifying concerns and shortfalls. Develop and configure enterprise SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, including sites, workflows, applications, and information architectures. Administer Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments across NIPR and SIPR, monitor automations, conduct site assessments, deliver monthly KM training, and align metadata, taxonomy, content structures, and records-management practices. Translate knowledge-management requirements into scalable, secure, reusable solutions for geographically dispersed organizations.

Leads enterprise knowledge management program execution for the National Guard Enterprise. Directs contract performance, governance, doctrine and planning products, reporting, stakeholder coordination, meeting facilitation, decision-support products, knowledge lifecycle activities, maturity assessments, training, taxonomy, metadata, and SharePoint-based information architecture. Serves as the primary coordination point with the COR and supports KM governance groups and leadership engagements.

Executes enterprise knowledge management assessments, develops metrics and dashboards, facilitates knowledge capture and Communities of Practice, supports KM governance and change management, and delivers KM training. The role also develops reusable knowledge assets, manages stakeholder requirements, supports knowledge architecture and lifecycle practices, and conducts maturity assessments across the National Guard Enterprise.

Leads the technical architecture, development, and sustainment of enterprise knowledge-management platforms across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, NIPR, and SIPR environments. Designs Power Platform automation, governance standards, information architecture, taxonomies, metadata models, workflows, and reusable solutions. Coordinates compliance and platform builds with G6 while translating knowledge-management requirements into secure, scalable SharePoint solutions for geographically dispersed organizations.

Performs DoD budget and financial management for NSWG-1, including spend-plan development, budget execution monitoring, trend analysis, funding-request processing, fiscal-compliance verification, and recurring or ad hoc financial reporting. Prepares DoD budget exhibits and data-driven recommendations for leadership while ensuring legal use of funds, accurate accounting structures, and timely submissions.

Manage and maintain the Transition Planning Team schedule (POA&M and IMS), track critical path and dependencies, flag schedule risks, coordinate with leadership and stakeholders, and manage baseline and formal schedule changes using Integrated Master Scheduling and CPM.

Manage inventory, issuance, receipt, and disposal of hazardous materials ensuring compliance with environmental laws, DoD and Navy regulations. Maintain HAZMAT spaces, Safety Data Sheets, and accurate ELMS entries. Provide customer support, logistics sustainment, and inspection readiness for Group and Echelon-level assessments.

Leads on-site warehouse and distribution operations at Fort Bliss, including receiving, inventory, stock control, property accountability, and Government-furnished property management. Maintains compliant property control systems under FAR and DFARS requirements, serves as primary hand receipt holder, supports inventories and audits, reports losses, manages asset disposition, and prepares required property reports. Oversees Government-provided incidental property and leads analytical and DoD-focused operational teams.
