Responsibilities (including but not limited to):


  • Provide Local Registration Authority (LRA) and Trusted Agent (TA) support including technical and administrative support in the issuance and use of public and private Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificates and tokens (for unclassified and classified domains). The Contractor shall provide technical and administrative support in the issuance and use of public and private PKI certificates.
  • Maintain acknowledgement and input compliance information for NSWCDD in systems such as the Vulnerability Remediation Asset Management (VRAM) database.
  • Prepare and deliver training materials related to cybersecurity.
  • Review, verify, and maintain accreditation records.
  • Develop adhoc reports conveying information security and cybersecurity data.
  • Input the data and other related information into required databases and other repositories.
  • Asist in reviewing and advising on completeness of Systems Authorization Access Network- Navy (SAAR-N) Forms. acquire information from cybersecurity branch personnel to prepare purchase requests for office supplies, including supplies for printers, copiers and multi-function devices.
  • Review and advise on letters and other requests for code-signing certificates.
  • Prepare for and participate in inspections, audits, and evaluations
Qualifications
  • Four (4) years of experience in DOD environment with demonstrated knowledge in one or more of the following:  FOIA program procedures, U.S. Patent and Trademark processes, performing analysis, tracking research, financial tracking, business operations and Navy ERP program.
  • Experience shall include drafting and editing formal documentation and electronic documents, handling classified or sensitive data, management of data calls.
  • Proven ability to produce metrics with data collection, proficiency in verbal and oral communication with personnel of all levels and demonstrated ability (through experience) to work independently.
  •  Experience in word processing applications, Microsoft Suite and automated database system

 

Skills Required

  • Active Secret security clearance (required by posting).
  • Four years of experience in a DoD environment with knowledge in FOIA procedures, U.S. Patent and Trademark processes, analysis, tracking research, financial tracking, business operations, and Navy ERP.
  • Experience drafting and editing formal documentation and electronic documents.
  • Experience handling classified or sensitive data.
